Not a side of sadness.
I ate a whole bunch of kale. And I don’t mean “a whole bunch”, like “a lot”. I mean a whole BUNCH of kale. When you buy a bunch of kale at the grocery store, how many people is that supposed to feed?
Actually, who cares? It was delicious. I dropped some on the kitchen floor and shouted, “Five second rule!”
And I live alone.
In related news, I broke my heart
try kale chips……. google it . yum.

You’re getting closer…
Well, since we’re sharing recipes, and the one recipe I know involves kale, here goes…

This is the best (veg) and gluten-free kale recipe EVER. Too bad I don’t cook. The few times I have ventured into my kitchen to make it, it’s been AMAZING.
Amy, i have also recently discovered kale and i’m hooked. it’s amazing. Sauteed or baked with olive oil and sea salt. omg good.
and then there’s always Portuguese kale soup AND boerenkool met worst…the latter is Dutch. You boil potatoes and kale and a big piece of the very best sausage you can find. Then you mash the potatoes and kale together, slice up the sausage and YUM!
all good uses for kale. and baby kale . . .
just sautee for 6 seconds till slightly wilted and chow down.
and it’s an all you can eat veggie choice!
You have all given me a lot to work on. I think it’s safe to say they’re won’t be any regularity issues in the Avid Bruxist household for some time.
