Have you noticed that the dermatologists are among the richest and most arrogant of the lot? Amway comes to mind…I think they are also in the dermatological pharmaceutical bidness.

I’m no expert, but it sounds like the locations you are breaking out (jaw line, neck, etc) could be what’s called a hormonal breakout. Without going into too much detail- pay attention to the timing of these. Some months are worse for me than others and still others I get nothing. Creams aren’t going to tell your progesterone to settle down. At least it gives you something else to Google, right?
